Basics for dispatchers
You send load assignments to drivers (trips) with detailed information about loads, stop locations, orders, driving directions, and much more. Throughout the driver’s trip, you receive a lot of information from the driver. You have many responsibilities and interactions with the TotalMail® system.
You, and any other assigned dispatchers, exchange (send and receive) forms and text messages using TotalMail applications. You exchange forms and text messages with your assigned drivers, through their devices, and with your dispatcher groups.

Software
You will use these tools daily:

TotalMail® 2000 Viewer: This is like a simple email program that is customized for you. It interacts with the TotalMail system and connects you to other dispatchers. It pulls data from the various TotalMail databases.

TMWSuite® with the TotalMail application: Important TotalMail features are in the TMWSuite application. This allows you to complete specific tasks within the TMWSuite application.
