As the TotalMail® system administrator, you:

Create and maintain user accounts and passwords.

Create and maintain "assets", like drivers, tractors, and trailers.

Resolve common problems and errors that drivers and dispatchers have or see with the TotalMail system.

Enable custom TotalMail features that were not enabled when Trimble first installed your system.

Interact with Trimble support experts to resolve complex problems or to complete tasks that are not within your control.
