DRTrack Release Notes 25.3

DRTrack 25.3 delivers smoother planning, stronger security, clearer billing, and built‑in Hours of Service (HOS) visibility. Most updates require no action. Notes below call out when admin steps may be needed.

What’s new

  • Samsara HOS visibility

    • New HOS data import service and scheduler provide up‑to‑date driver hours from CPIH.

    • Added HOS controls in the UI, including an Enable HOS setting for Samsara and HOS details in the Driver experience.

    • Configuration in Samsara is required for the HOS to show in DRT

  • Billing clarity

    • New billing reports help reconcile usage by device and by route.

    • Supporting data services and automation improve accuracy and timeliness.

  • Places support - (work for future enhancements)

    • Added a Place ID field for Ship‑To locations to support Places‑aware workflows.

Improvements

  • Planning experience

    • Master Order Search reliability and drag‑and‑drop to the route calendar are improved.

    • Daily Planner (Resource Calendar) link behavior updated for faster navigation.

  • Performance and stability

    • Route details queries are optimized for faster load times.

    • Multiple upgrades to UI components for a more responsive experience.

  • Operability

    • Build and deployment refinements improve consistency across environments.

Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where Branch filters did not apply correctly in Task Audit.

  • Corrected Branch ID values in GetRouteDetails responses.

  • Addressed cases of missing data in the Rockview report after updates.

  • Fixed REST User Sync responses that always returned “OK.”

  • Resolved duplicate Line Item IDs appearing across separate orders.

  • Corrected an API used to create driver manifests that returned no data.

  • Fixed intermittent errors when dragging an order card from Master Search to the route calendar.

  • Restored display of Route ID and Route Number on Master Search order cards.

  • Database reliability fixes reduce deadlocks and prevent index conflicts seen in some deployments.

  • Addressed a Samsara route sync issue impacting some accounts.

  • Resolved a component dependency issue that could affect certain PC*MILER scenarios.

Security and reliability

  • Strengthened REST API security and removed temporary bypasses introduced during prior hardening.

  • Upgraded core UI libraries to current, supported versions.

  • Additional testing and mitigations applied to reduce vulnerability exposure.

Availability
