When the [Misc]CancelLogEntryRequired INI setting is turned on (=Yes), the Requested By and Remark fields become required before you can cancel an order.
If you also have the [Misc]CancelLogReasonRequired INI setting turned On (=Y), the Reason Code will now also be required.
