Time Settlement Folder

The Time Settlement Folder lets you process pay details for an individual driver with approved time details. The system creates time details per day for hours of service sent electronically from a device or recorded in TMWSuite or TMW Operations.

To open the Time Settlement Folder, go to Settlements > Time Settlements Folder.

Section	Description
Header	Use the fields in this section to retrieve a driver’s pay information for a specific schedule and pay period.
Pay Details	Displays all pay details associated with hourly and possibly trip-based pay. You can calculate pay based on rates you set up. You can also manually add, edit, and delete pay details, as well as compute, hold, and release pay.
Time Details	Displays the driver’s logged hours of service
Trips Ready To Settle	Displays the driver’s trip(s) for which there is a matching time detail with the same trip start date.
Time Settlements Queue	Use the fields in this section to locate drivers based on criteria you specify.
