TruckMate provides you with a powerful and flexible set of tools and can be adapted to suit a wide variety of situations and needs. The online help system describes the default behavior of the software using the default installation settings. The illustrations and graphics within the online help system and related training materials will likely appear slightly different based on any local configuration and security settings used to refine the information, features, and functions made available to you or other users in various roles.

If your organization is already using the TruckMate application, there is a good chance there will already be site-specific user guides and reference materials. It is a good idea to check within your own company to see if there are any local instructions created specifically to reflect any special workflows or practices before accessing the TruckMate learning materials. There is also a possibility that special screens and grids were designed specifically for you and your role.
