The Doppler Radar layer shows the location of precipitation and its intensity in decibels (dBZ). dBZ values increase as precipitation becomes more intense.

Weather Alerts can help you identify where a planned route is scheduled to pass through a predicted weather alert zone. Alerts are color-coded, and a key is displayed to identify them. A check box next to each alert type allows you to choose which alerts you want to hide or display.

The wind layer displays color-coding on the map to show wind speeds in miles per hour (mph).
