Editing a rate
Although you cannot edit a rate that was created in the Rate Schedules application, you can modify a rate that was created in CRMRight. To determine whether a rate can be edited, check the value in the T column in the Quotes grid.
The T column indicates where and how a rate was set up. The values are:
• T for tariff. It is a rate schedule that was created in the Rate Schedules application. These rates cannot be changed in CRMRight.
• R for rate quote, which is in effect for multiple days. Rate quotes are set up in CRMRight.
• S for spot quote, which is in effect for a single day. Spot quotes are set up in CRMRight.
To edit a rate:
1. Double-click on the rate.
The Quotes window opens.
3. Click OK to save your entries and exit the Quotes window.
