Keeping past due open activities on the calendar
There may be times when all the tasks scheduled for a day are not completed. These past due open tasks remain open, but do not automatically move to the next day. You can control this by setting these roll over options:
Roll Over Activities
The Roll Over Activities option, which is selected by default, will cause CRMRight to prompt CSRs, when logging in, to move (roll over) these tasks to the current day's calendar.
If you click No, CRMRight will not update the existing open activities, leaving them in their current calendar location.
If you click Yes, CRMRight will update the old activities with today's date and will display them on the current day's calendar.
Auto Roll Activities
You can choose to have CRMRight automatically roll over open tasks without prompting the CSRs.
If you select this option, CRMRight will automatically roll over open activities to the current day's calendar without displaying a prompt. Any activities that were not completed the previous work day will be on the calendar again today.
The Last Time Rolled field displays the last date CRMRight rolled over activities, whether it was done automatically or in response to the Roll Over Activities prompt.
