One of the main functions of CRMRight is to provide CSRs with a tool for scheduling and tracking their daily activities that relate to potential and active customers.
The system administrator has the ability to set up how CRMRight activities display and behave on the calendars of all users. These settings are made on the CRM Settings window that you access by clicking
CRM Settings on the toolbar.
If you want to allow CSRs to
select their own color indicators for activities, you can do so by selecting the
Store Configuration by User check box. This will enable the
Color Configuration icon on the toolbar for non-system administrators, where they can make their own selections. The CRM Settings are saved on the computer in each user's profile. Therefore, multiple users can have their own settings on a shared computer.
However, selecting this option also enables a non-system administrator to change the settings in the
Company Work Table section of the dialog box.
Note: It is suggested that, after you make the appropriate selections for the majority of users, you use Quick Designer to
hide fields on the window or
remove the CRM Settings icon from the toolbar,
save, and
assign the layout to those users.
