When you are working in the day calendar, it is helpful to have visual indicators of activities that are of a certain type, priority, and status. CRMRight provides default visual indicators that you can change. These changes are made on the CRM Configuration window.

1. Because the CRMRight System Administrator can add to the list of activity types, priorities, and statuses, your list of items may differ from what is shown in the documentation.
2. Activity types, priorities, and statuses are set up in these labels, accessed in the TMWSuite System Administration application:

Accessing the CRM Configuration window
Click Color Configuration.
Note: If the icon is grayed out, or disabled, you do not have the security rights to access these settings.
