Changing the visual indicators for the activity status
Each activity is displayed in font properties according to the Status of the activity. These color borders display on the Day, Week, and Month views. The status names are defined in the Description column in the Task_Status label file, accessed in the TMWSuite System Administration application.

In this example, the activity is an Event that is On Hold.
1. In the Status column of the Status Based Properties panel of the window, click on the Status that you want to change.
The lower portion of the panel displays the properties for the setting.

2. To change a color, do the following:
a. Click on the drop-down arrow on the same row as the property that you want to change.
Note: The BackColor is the "fill" color and the ForeColor is the "font" color.

This sample shows the BackColor is light blue, and the ForeColor is navy blue.
b. Select a color palette: Custom, Web (default), or System.

c. Select a color.
3. To change other font properties, expand the FontData list, and make your changes.

Note: When the FontData list is collapsed, a summary of the properties is displayed:
4. When finished, click OK.
If you decide not to make the changes, click Cancel instead.
