Changing the color indicator bar for activity types
Each activity type has a color indicator bar that displays on the day calendar to call attention to it. When you click on an activity, the activity is framed in that color. You can change these settings on the CRM Configuration window.
Note: These color indicators display only on the Day view, not on the Week or Month view.
The default colors are:
In this example, the 9:00 activity is a Call, and is selected. Because the other activities are not selected, only the left-hand bar is color-coded.
The names of each activity type are defined in the Description column in the TaskActivity label file, accessed in the TMWSuite System Administration application.
Use this procedure to select or change a bar color.
1. In the Bar Color column of the Activity Bar Colors section, click on the drop-down arrow next to the color name to change.

The color list opens to show the current color. This sample shows that Blue was selected from the Web color palette.

2. If you want, select a different color palette by clicking on one of the tabs.

3. Scroll to and select a color.
4. When finished, click OK.
If you decide not to make the changes, click Cancel instead.
