Synchronizing the CRM calendar with Outlook
CRMRight provides the ability to display and work with your CRM activities in your Microsoft Outlook® calendar. Once the feature is activated:
• Activities created in CRM appear in your Outlook calendar.
• You can edit activities in Outlook and see your revisions in CRM.
• Outlook displays reminders for activities on which you have activated the reminder functionality.
This feature allows users to receive reminders and work with their activities, even when they are not working in CRMRight.
Notes:
1. No special Outlook setup is required to synchronize the calendar with CRMRight.
2. Activities created in CRM before the feature is activated do not appear in Outlook.
3. Activities created in Outlook do not appear in CRM.
