Activating the synchronization
You activate the feature in the CRM Settings window.
1. Click CRM Settings in the toolbar.
The CRM Settings window opens.
2. In the Outlook Integration section, select the Support Outlook Integration check box.
When the check box is selected, the other fields in the section become active.
3. Click OK.
