Disabling CRM Reminders
By default, when you activate the reminder on an activity, CRMRight displays a pop-up reminder window. When you synchronize your CRM calendar with Outlook, both will display pop-up reminders. If you want to rely only on the Outlook reminders, you can turn off the CRM reminders.
1. Click CRM Settings in the toolbar.
The CRM Settings window opens.
2. In the Outlook Integration section, clear the CRM Reminders Enabled check box.
3. Click OK.
