Specifying how often Outlook data is refreshed
When your CRM calendar is synchronized with your Outlook calendar, activities created in CRMRight appear in Outlook immediately. However, changes made to an activity in Outlook are not immediately shown in your CRM calendar. By default, information from Outlook is refreshed every 10 minutes. If you want, you can change how frequently activity information from Outlook is updated in CRMRight.
1. Click
CRM Settings in the toolbar.
The CRM Settings window opens.
2. In the Outlook Integration section, enter the number of minutes the system is to wait to refresh in the Refresh from Outlook every . . . minutes field.
3. Click OK.
