Introduction to the Time Settlement Folder

First available in TMW Back Office: 2018.2

Use the Time Settlement Folder to calculate a driver’s pay for hours worked based on information reported by the driver. The system creates time details per day for hours of service recorded in TMW Operations or sent electronically from a device.

To open the Time Settlement Folder, go to Settlements > Time Settlements Folder.

Section	Description
Header	Use the Resource and Pay Period fields in the header section to retrieve a driver’s pay information for a specific pay period.
Pay Details	Displays all pay details associated with hourly and possibly trip-based pay. You can calculate pay based on rates you set up. In addition, you can manually add and delete pay details, and edit the pay status.
Time and Trip data tabs	Displays time related information on these tabs. Time Details Driver’s logged hours of service Trips Ready To Settle Displays the driver’s trip(s) for which there is a matching time detail with the same trip start date.
