TMW Go Driver is now compatible with Fuel Dispatch.

SystemsLink Fuel External

WE-213722

Updated the external reference to Fuel Business Objects. A Fuel objects SQL bug is causing a significant number of functional tests fail. FS-200382 was put into FuelDispatch rather than Fuel Base. This will be fixed under a later Jira item, but until then, the tests pass when you run FS-200382.sql manually after the FuelDbMods.
