As previously identified, the Order Preprocessor is used to accept or reject load offers, as well as make any necessary modifications to accepted orders before orders are transferred to the Customer Service program.

The process buttons of the Order Preprocessor window are used to accept, reject, and propose changes to orders.

 

To access Order Preproccessor, click Start, point to All Programs. Point to TruckMate, TruckMate for Web, and then click Order Preprocessor.
