Using the Activities tab for a particular company
Features common to both activity grids
If you prefer to see activities in a list rather than on a calendar, you can use your Activity tab or the Activities tab for a particular company. The grids are sorted based on the dates/times they are scheduled to (or did) occur. To see details for an activity, you can double-click on it, which causes the Activity Details window to open. You can enter or change data in the window as needed, save your entries, and return to the activity list.
Note: Throughout the day, additions or changes to your calendar of activities occur. These can be initiated by you or by other users.
When you switch from the Activity or Company tabs back to the Calendar tab, the system automatically refreshes the list of activities for you. If you ordinarily work in one tab, such as the Calendar, you should manually refresh the list of activities periodically throughout the day by clicking Load All.
