Set up approval levels

Approval levels are used with the Purchase Order (PO) approval and Repair Order (RO) approval features. You can use both PO and RO approval levels, one or the other, or none, depending on your business needs.

To open the Approval Levels page, go to Menu > Setup > Order Setup > Approval Levels.

For versions earlier than V.2020.2, go to Menu > Setup > Approval Levels.

To use Purchase Order Approval Levels, the Application option Purchasing Require PO Approval Levels must be set to YES. For more information about setting PO Approval Levels, see Purchase order approval levels.

To use Repair Order Approval Levels, the Application option Repairs > Approvals Require RO Approval Levels must be set to YES. For more information about setting RO Approval Levels, see Repair order approval levels.
