Troubleshooting TTP
If you encounter an issue running the TTP application in your browser, you can try running TTP in a new Incognito mode tab or an InPrivate window.
Resolving TTP errors
This table reviews some of the most common TTP errors and how to resolve them.

Check your URL. You may be pointing to the wrong database. |

"Unknown Error. Please try again later." |
Try selecting OK. If selecting OK does not work, it is possible that the API Server is not running or is not open to the internet. Review the TTP Setup Guide or contact TMT Support. |
Time card |
"Unable to update time card - shop ID is required. The technician is logged in to an order x-000123 2." |
Check the time card editor to see if an earlier time card has an error. If so, the program may have left the technician in an interim status. |
