Integration options: TMT ServiceConnect

This section contains TMT ServiceConnect integration options. Changes made to these options affect how TMT Fleet Maintenance interacts with third-party applications.

If you make incorrect changes to these options, you may alter how the system integrates with that application. Trimble recommends that you contact your system administrator before making changes.

To open the Integration Options page, go to Menu > Setup > Options > Integration Options.

TMT ServiceConnect: BASIC

This option applies to V.2022.2.2 and earlier. As of V.2022.3, it has been removed.

Description

Sets whether the TMT ServiceConnect module is turned on

Options

  • NO
    The TMT ServiceConnect module is turned off.

  • YES
    The TMT ServiceConnect module is turned on.

Before V.2021.2, this field was named Consumer Key.

Link Open Road Call for VRO
First available in TMT Fleet Maintenance V.2022.2

Description

If you have a license for the Road Calls module, you can set whether VROs link to open road calls.

Options

  • NO (default)
    New orders imported from ServiceConnect will not link to open road calls.

  • YES
    New orders imported from ServiceConnect will automatically link to open road calls if there is one for the assigned unit.

Additional notes

This option applies to the TMT ServiceConnect integration only. The TravelCenters of America (TA) integration does not have this option, but TA orders will automatically link to open road calls.
