If you are a system administrator, you can permanently add or hide a data grid column from users or user groups. You must do the following:

1. Add or remove the column from the grid.

2. Save the grid configuration.

3. Prevent users from adding or hiding data grid columns.

4. Assign the grid layout to users or user groups.

Note: To display or hide columns, you must have access to the Field Chooser, located in the upper-left corner of the data grid.
