Company Profiles
Effective date option names changed (TTESUITE-207873)
These Billing Effective Date and Average Fuel Effective Date field options were renamed to better reflect their functionality.
Code | Former name | New name |
---|---|---|
A |
Departure Last Stop |
Departure Last Drop Stop |
I |
Departure First Stop |
Departure First Pickup Stop |
New effective date option added (TTESUITE-207876)
A new option, Departure Last Billable Stop (L), was added to the Billing Effective Date and Average Fuel Effective Date fields. Computing charges in TMW Operations or TMW Back Office will honor this new option value when finding the applicable tariffs.
This option only appears in TMW Operations when it is set from the company profile in TMWSuite. |
Blended Minimum Quantity property added (TTESUITE-210477)
The Blended Minimum Quantity property is used to rate the minimum for mixed commodity classes.
Previously, this field was only available in TMWSuite File Maintenance. It is now available in the Billing/Credit tab of the Company Profiles window when you add [FileMaint]EnableCmpBlendedMinQty=Y
to your TTS50.
eManifest
ACE/ACI updates (TTESUITE-209945)
These updates have been made as part of an overall enhancement:
-
The cover sheet for both ACE and ACI trips will now include the trailers assigned to the trip. (TTESUITE-209949)
-
When the new INI setting
[EDIfilesave]358FollowUp353
is set, if the user chooses to export a 358 message, the user will be prompted to see if they also want to export a 353 message. (TTESUITE-209953) -
This allows 358 Update messages to be generated for empty trips crossing the border. (TTESUITE-209957)
-
This adds a validation that the postal codes for the stops on an ACE and ACI trip are not left blank. (TTESUITE-209958)
-
Using the error descriptions from the Canadian and US web sites, we are giving more detailed descriptions of why an ACE or ACI manifest might be rejected by border customs. (TTESUITE-209963)
TruETA
Only send TruETA Modify trip calls when the Stop list has changed (TTESUITE-208744)
Added logic to make the Workcycle process more efficient. Logic now looks for changes to key features of the trip to see if a Modify statement needs to be sent. Process will still recalculate ETA projections based on HOS changes every time.
Resolved issues
EDI
-
TTESUITE-209982
When copying an order that has a value in the ord_edistate field, the new order will always have a zero in that field.
Profit and Loss
-
TTESUITE-208871
If you add a pay detail manually, the system now sets the pay detail’s currency according to the currency associated with these sources, in this order, if available:
-
The asset’s Pay To
-
The asset itself
-
The pay type
Previously, these sources were not considered.
Trip Folder
-
TTESUITE-210240
This fixes an error when a trip is locked by another user in the Trip Folder that locks down the ability to edit the Additional Equipment and the order Reference Numbers. -
TTESUITE-210259
This fixes the application forcing a trailer to be assigned for a Hook event when the only asset assigned is a non-board carrier. We don’t track trailer assignments for non-board carriers.
