Weather Notification Overview

First available in TMW Operations V.2025.6

The Weather Notification feature provides real-time weather insights to improve trip planning and driver safety by integrating weather data. The weather data is integrated into the Planning Worksheet, Route Planner and Trip Planner. These Weather-related columns have been added in those windows:

  • WeatherImpactAt

  • WeatherImpactEstimatedTime

  • WeatherImpactRoadRisk

  • WeatherImpactSummary

  • WeatherTripURL

  • WeatherPublishedOn

All trips across status categories (Planned, Dispatched, Started, Not Started) are checked for weather impact. Trip planners can view risk and make routing changes before or during dispatch.
