Unit Assignments tab

The Assignments tab has two sub-tabs: Drivers and Units. When you select the Assignments tab, the system displays the Drivers sub-tab automatically.

Drivers sub-tab

The Drivers sub-tab lets you link drivers to specific units. This is important for road calls, which are service requests for vehicles. When you enter a unit’s ID during a road call, the program can automatically suggest the correct driver. Likewise, if you enter a driver’s ID, the program can suggest the correct unit.

The Drivers sub-tab shows these columns:

The page refreshes to show one of two things: * If you don’t have Include History selected, the page removes the driver assignment row from the page. * If you do have Include History selected, the page updates the Until column to show the current date and time, marking when you unassigned the driver.
