Unit PM tab

You use the PM tab to set up the dependent and independent preventative maintenance (PM) schedules. If PMs are defined for the unit type, the PM definitions for the unit type will be automatically created when the Unit is created. You set PMs up on the Meters, Fluids, PMs Setup page (opened by selecting Menu > Setup > Meters, Fluids, PMs Setup). the PM definitions for the unit type will be automatically created when the unit is created.

The PM tab has three sub-tabs:

  • PM Due

  • Work Pending

  • Schedules

When you select the PM tab, the program displays the PM Due sub-tab automatically.

PM Due sub-tab

This sub-tab provides information about preventive maintenance for the selected unit.

This sub-tab provides information about the dependent preventive maintenance schedule and the independent preventive schedule for the selected unit. It has two sections:

  • Dependent PM Schedule

  • Independent PM Schedule

Dependent PM Schedule
