Unit History tab

The History tab has five sub-tabs:

You can sort, group by, select columns, and filter all the fields on the Repairs and Invoice sub-tabs. Position your cursor over the vertical ellipsis icon to open the Sort menu.

This sub-tab displays the unit’s repair history.

All last known locations for the unit

Landmark Type

Recognizable natural or artificial feature used for navigation, which stands out from its environment (such as a mall or repair shop)

Landmark

Name of the location (such as Repair Shop 020-15A)

Latitude

East-west position of a point on the Earth’s surface

When used in conjunction with a mapping program, the vendor master will display a map based on the longitude and latitude locations for the vendor.

Longitude

North-south position of a point on the Earth’s surface

When used in conjunction with a mapping program, the vendor master will display a map based on the longitude and latitude locations for the vendor.

Order

Order number

Call

Road Call ID that provided the latitude and longitude readings

Plan Description

Plan ID that provided the latitude and longitude readings

Inspection Report

If the system associates the lat/long with an inspection ticket, the inspection ticket number appears

Groups sub-tab

This sub-tab displays the unit’s group history.

Field Definition

Group Type

Assigned group to which the unit belongs (such as Cost Center, Customer, Department)

Group Code

Based on assigned group type

Effective

Start date of the group assignment

Changed By

User who last modified the record

Changed

Date the change was entered

Renumbers sub-tab

This sub-tab tracks every time the unit is renumbered. The current unit number will appear with a blank Until Date.

Unit

Current or previous unit number

Effective

Start date of the unit’s number

Note: The system applies the unit’s In Service date as the effective date to the current unit number for renumbered units without a current renumber record.

Until

End date of the unit’s number

Note: The system applies the current date and time as the end date to the current unit number for renumbered units without a renumber record.
