Scroll Trailers
The Find Trailers scroll window, shown here, can be accessed by selecting Tools > Scroll Trailers or by pressing CTRL+L.
The window includes the Quick Find, Trailer, Accessories, User, and Geography tabs.
Quick Find tab
Use this tab to set restrictions based on trailer ID or user-defined classifications.

Company |
Company classification to which the trailer was assigned. Note: The field name is hard-coded, but the options are set up in the Company label in System Administration. |

Division classification to which the trailer was assigned. Note: The options are set up in the Division label in System Administration. |
Fleet |
Fleet classification to which the trailer was assigned. Note: The field name is hard-coded, but the options are set up in the Fleet label in System Administration. |
Terminal |
Terminal classification to which the trailer was assigned in the Terminal field. Note: The field name is hard-coded, but the options are set up in the Terminal label in System Administration. |
Owner |
ID of the trailer’s Pay To entity. |
Executing Terminal |
As of V. 2010.09_08.1286, you can restrict the list of trailers by the executing terminal (or carrier representative) with which they are linked. Specifying an executing terminal allows you to find trailers that are assigned to a specific cost center. When necessary, this will enable you to use only trailers that are assigned to that cost center. Notes:

Trailer tab
Use this tab to set restrictions based on trailer identification information.

License St/No. |
Two fields display to the right of this field name. The first is for the state/province in which the trailer is licensed. The second is for the trailer license number. |

Trailer serial number |
Make/Model/Yr |
Three fields display to the right of this field name. The first is for the trailer’s manufacturer; the second is for the model; and the third is for the trailer’s year of manufacture. |

Accessories tab
On the Accessories tab, you can set up to four restrictions based on trailer accessories. This is useful when you want to see a list of trailers that satisfy trailer-related load requirements recorded for orders.

Accessory |
Accessories belonging to the trailer. Note: Trailer accessories are set up in the TrlAcc label in System Administration. |
Quantity |
Two fields exist for recording quantity: In the first field, select Equals, At Least, At Most, More Than, or Less Than. In the second field, enter a quantity. |
Restrictions entered in the Accessories tab will be compared against data entered in the Trailer Accessory List window for trailer profiles in File Maintenance. |
User tab
Use this tab to set restrictions based on user-defined trailer classifications and comments.

Geography tab
Use this tab to set restrictions based on trailer location.

City Name |
City, state/province, and county where the trailer is located currently, or (for a trailer with an In Use dispatch status) where it will be located when its current trip is finished. Note: The county designation appears when a state has more than one city with the same name. |
State |
State/province where the trailer is located currently, or (for a trailer with an In Use dispatch status) where it will be located when its current trip is finished. |
Zip Code |
Zip/postal code where the trailer is located currently, or (for a trailer with an In Use dispatch status) where it will be located when its current trip is finished |
County |
County where the trailer is located currently, or (for a trailer with an In Use dispatch status) where it will be located when its current trip is finished. |
Company |
Company where the trailer is located currently, or (for a trailer with an In Use dispatch status) where it will be located when its current trip is finished. |
Region 1-4 |
Region designation for the place where the trailer is located currently, or (for a trailer with an In Use dispatch status) where it will be located when its current trip is finished. Note: Dispatch regions are set up in System Administration. |
Profile Trailer window
When you highlight a trailer record in the Find Trailers scroll window and click Profile, the Profile Trailer window is displayed. Additional trailer information displays on these tabs: Trailer, Measurement Information, More Measurement Information, History, Expirations Accessories, Chart, and Notes.
Data in the Profile Trailer window cannot be modified here. |

The Trailer tab is display only. It provides you with much of the data entered in the trailer profile in File Maintenance. |

History |
The History tab is display only. It allows you to retrieve a listing of all the trips to which the trailer was assigned during a specified date range. Enter the start and end dates in the range in the lower area of the window. Then click Retrieve. Note: The To date automatically defaults to the current date; the From date defaults to the month prior to the current date. |
Expirations |
The Expirations tab allows you to look up active expiration records for the trailer. To view a list of existing records, enter the start and end dates in the range fields in the lower center of the window. Then click Retrieve. Note: The To date automatically defaults to the current date; the From date defaults to 30 days prior to the current date. |
Accessories |
The Accessories tab allows you to look up accessory records for the trailer. |
Trailer Details |
The Trailer Detail tab allows you to view information regarding wet and dry compartments, and bulkheads. |
Notes |
The Notes tab displays any notes on the trailer. |
