Header information

The profile header is always visible. Once you retrieve a driver, it shows key identification information.

Field	Definition
Driver ID	Unique identification code assigned to the driver by your company Note: You can enter a maximum of eight alphanumeric characters for the Driver ID.
Notes icon	Displays notes about the driver Click the pencil icon to view/record notes for a driver. The Notes tab is displayed. The tab’s color indicates the types of notes that have been entered: Gray No notes exist. Yellow At least one note is attached. No notes are marked as alerts. Red At least one alert is attached. Other notes may be attached as well.
Name (L, F, M)	Driver’s last name, first name, and middle initial Press TAB key to move between fields.
Alt ID	An alternate, user-defined code assigned to the driver. It can be up to 25 alphanumeric characters. Note: An alternate ID is sometimes needed to identify the driver in a separate computer system (such as an accounting package).
