    When you tried to cancel an order in the Cancel Trip/Order window, the order remained available.
    This happened when:

    • The order was a split trip with a return empty.

    • You selected the Order Status of Cancelled and Trip Action of Cancel Stops in the Cancel Trip/Order window.
