Reset EXPORTING Freight Bills' status

The Reset EXPORTING Freight Bills’status window

When freight bills are sent to Direct Route, their status becomes EXPORTING. If the process is interrupted, freight bills that were not successfully processed remain in an EXPORTING status. This prevents them from being selected for future routing.

The Reset EXPORTING Freight Bills' status window displays all the freight bills that are being sent to Appian Direct Route. It shows status information such as pickup/delivery times and whether their EXPORTING status was deferred. You can then collectively revert the freight bills with the status of EXPORTING back to their previous statuses, if needed.

You can access Reset EXPORTING Freight Bills' status from the shortcut menu on the Deliveries, Pickups, or Cross Dock tab.
