TMS Connector SAAS setup
There are three steps to setting up TMS Connector for a software as a service (SaaS) TruckMate system:
-
Identify a primary administrator (admin). Trimble will create a Trimble ID for them so that they can sign in to Identity Access Management (IAM).
-
Contact your account or sales representative at Trimble. They will create a TMS Connector profile for your company. Let them know who you have selected as a primary admin when you reach out.
Contact Trimble
To start the process, reach out to your Trimble account representative or sales representative. They will arrange any TruckMate setup needed for your company to start using TMS Connector.
Identify a primary admin
Trimble will create a Trimble ID for a primary admin. The primary admin can invite other users to TMS Connector.
To set up the primary admin, Trimble will need this information:
-
The name of the admin
-
Their TruckMate username
-
The email address they want to use to sign in to TMS Connector
The admin will get an invitation email when their Trimble ID has been created. After their Trimble ID has been created, the admin can sign in to TMS Connector and IAM.
