Trimble Compass is an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot that specializes in helping you find information on how to use TMT Fleet Maintenance. It is an optional free feature you can use in TMT and TTP.

Pros Cons
  1. Compass excels at finding things fast.
    There are thousands of pages of TMT Help documentation. Compass has them all at its virtual fingertips.

  2. Compass is patient.
    You can ask as many questions as you want as many times as you want.

  3. Compass is 365/24/7.
    It never goes on vacation or clocks out. It may be down occasionally as the Trimble team improves it.

  1. Compass is a work in progress.
    Your feedback helps Trimble continually improve Compass.

  2. Compass can’t find what isn’t there, but it will try to help you.

  3. Compass may not give you all the links that apply to your question. You can follow up with Learn Search if you need more details.

  4. Compass is not infallible.

  5. Compass is like a really smart friend who doesn’t have any real-world experience. It only knows what it has read.
