TTP

These settings are located in the TTP section on the Application Options page. To open the Application Options page, go to Menu > Setup > Options > Application Options.

TTP stands for Trimble Technician Portal.
In V.2022.3, TTP replaced Interactive Workstation (IWS). If you want the IWS Application Options, see IWS.

TTP

TTP Idle Screen Refresh Interval (Minutes) Before V.2024.2, this option was named Time-out.

Description	Use this setting to set the number of minutes that elapse before TTP logs an employee out and returns to the login screen. This is a security measure to prevent employees from using someone else’s login.

PMs will not show up on the PM tab unless the shop creating the repair order and the Unit Master’s Physical Shop Location (Masters > Units > Misc) match.

- TTP will only show PMs on the PM tab if the Unit Master’s Domicile field (Masters > Unit > Definition) matches the shop that is creating the RO.
- For kiosk users: The PM Due filter returns PMs due based on the kiosk shop.

If you set a maximum number of timecard hours, and the technician exceeds that number, TTP will give the technician an error message the next time they log in. The message states that maximum timecard hours have been exceeded. The technician cannot log in. A supervisor will need to correct the problem before the technician can log in.

If the technician exceeded the maximum timecard hours because they forgot to sign out the day before, TTP will let them log off from their current job.

This setting controls where users can enter labor lines.

Description	This setting changes the order and section statuses of the RO to COMPLETE instead of CLOSED.
Options	NO (default) Order statuses function normally. YES The status of a closed order is changed to COMPLETE instead of CLOSED when the user selects the Close RO button in TTP.
