Mobile imaging
With the Mobile Imaging license, you can use TMW.Suite Go Driver to:

Take images of required and optional paperwork for a selected trip segment or order
Note: Your company determines which paperwork is required and which is options. Paperwork types can include Bills of Lading, Delivery Confirmation, Wash Receipt, and Trip Sheets. -
Upload captured paperwork to your company’s image processing system
When you capture images, the system:

Converts the image to a useable image file, such as .jpg

Displays different icons to represent the image’s upload status

Provides details about the upload image, such as the uploaded date and time

Adds metadata to the image, such as leg/order number, file type, file size, and other important information used with back office processes

If your company uses Trimble Cloud Imaging, the image is linked to the leg/order number during the upload process. This gives other Trimble Transportation applications the ability to display the image. If you experience issues while uploading images, contact your company’s system administrator before calling your Support representative. |
