Accepting or rejecting schedule offers

When your dispatcher assigns you to an order or to a trip, they send you the related schedule. In this scenario, you cannot choose whether you accept or reject the schedule.

However, there may be times when your dispatcher sends you a schedule offer. A schedule offer is a group of schedules that are sent to you as a planned route. D2Link® groups them by the schedule offer ID and displays them on the Inbox screen. You can choose whether you accept or reject the schedules.

  • Accept schedule offers
    All associated schedules are moved to your Schedules screen.

  • Reject schedule offers
    All associated schedules are removed from your device.

To accept or reject schedule offers:

  1. Tap image1 Menu. If you are using a tablet, skip this step.

  2. Tap Inbox.
    The Inbox screen opens. Schedule offers are displayed towards the bottom of the screen.

  3. If needed, view details about the schedule offer.

    1. Tap image3 Expand to expand the schedule offer.
      The schedule offer ID is displayed.

    2. Tap on the ID.
      The Schedule Offers Detail screen opens.

    3. Do one of the following:

      • To close this screen, tap Close.

      • To send a text message response, tap Reply. Enter your text message and tap Send.

  4. Tap Reply.
    The Accept/Reject screen opens.

    Note: The Yes option is selected by default.

  5. Do one of the following:

    • Accept the offer
      Tap Send.

    • Reject the offer
      Tap the No radio button and then tap Send.

    To close this screen without accepting or rejecting the schedule offer, tap Cancel.
