Enhancements

Companies now control the drivers' ability to delete commodities (TTESUITE-206641)

We added the setting Commodity List Delete Functionality. Use this to prevent drivers from deleting line items from the commodity list. This setting is off by default, so drivers cannot delete items.

Improved the scanned item report (TTESUITE-206644)

Now, the total number of items scanned for the order appears. Before, only the total for each line item appeared.

Send delivery forms without scanning all items (TTESUITE-206645)

Now, a driver can send a delivery form even if they have not scanned all items. If it is available, an exception form opens. The driver can describe why items were not scanned, then send the form.

Resolved issues

App or host application functionality issues

  • TTESUITE-205938
Images did not transfer from some drivers' devices to the main system.

  • TTESUITE-207192
When the app started after you completed at least one workflow, an error appeared. You had to close and re-open the app to clear this error.

Usability (UX) issues

  • TTESUITE-202272
The ability to hide one driver’s pay rate from others did not work.

  • TTESUITE-206504
On the Commodity List page, sometimes the barcode scan button covered up the Scan or Enter here box.

  • TTESUITE-206642
This occurred on the Commodity List page while scanning items. If you tapped outside of the Scan or Enter here box, the system did not record those scanned items.

  • TTESUITE-207170
The mandatory Viewed button did not work sometimes.

  • TTESUITE-207212
A white bar sometimes appeared on the left side of scanned documents. The bar cut off the same amount of text on the right side of the scan. This issue also caused many scans to change improperly to landscape format.

User interface (UI) issues

  • TTESUITE 206640
The keyboard no longer appears if the driver is using the Scan or Enter here box.

  • TTESUITE-207085
In rare cases, duplicate items appeared in commodities lists.
