Performance improvement (TTESUITE-203488)

We improved the time it takes to load the Schedules page.

Improved the document transfer speed (TTESUITE-203584)

We changed the process for transferring scanned documents from the driver to the dispatcher. This change improves the speed for this process.

Added driver information (TTESUITE-205744)

We added the trip number to the top of geofencing auto-notifications. This helps the driver.

GPS update improvements (TTESUITE-206485)

We made changes that improve overall GPS update performance to reduce GPS time stamp delay.

  • We now get updates from both the GPS chip and the network provider.

  • The device stores less position report data that was sent to the server.

Resolved issues

Usability (UX) issues

  • TTESUITE-20779
If you opened a sent form that included a function field, then the page did not correctly load that field.

  • TTESUITE-20972
A completed stop was incorrectly changed to incomplete if you left the next stop without departing.

  • TTESUITE-21122
Trip and schedule data was incorrectly deleted when the app was offline (lost network connection) or closed.

  • TTESUITE-205791
In the tabbed view Schedules page, if a driver accepted and started a trip, then it moved from the PENDING tab to PLANNED, and then to CURRENT.

If a stop update occurred, the trip moved back to the PLANNED tab. This was confusing. The driver had to go to the PLANNED tab and move the trip back to CURRENT to continue.

Now, the trip stays on the CURRENT tab if a stop update occurs.

  • TTESUITE-206155
This issue affected users of Android 12 OS and later. The app stopped responding if it was sent to the background for a long time. Now, this functions correctly.

Also, when the app is sent to the background, a message indicates that the DĀ²Link service is running.

  • TTESUITE-206169
When no network connection was available, upon reconnecting to the network, the app incorrectly restarted.

If a user restarted the app, auto-departure sometimes triggered incorrectly.

  • TTESUITE-206175
The email sender changed from "[email protected]" to "[email protected]".

    • If you used "[email protected]" as a filter, update it to "[email protected]".

    • You might need to add the new address to your email application’s "Allowlist" (or "Whitelist").

  • TTESUITE-201156
TruckMateā„¢ issue only: The Routing Diagnostic Report returned no records when run on an email address.

User interface (UI) issues

  • TTESUITE-205519
Part of the Dwell Timer did not disappear when a driver tapped Depart. An outline remained on the page.

  • TTESUITE-20779
There was a spelling error in the Offline Mode message.
