Overview

In Multi Mode Dispatch you can access a wide range of truckload and less than truckload features in one program.

Multi Mode Dispatch has four main sections:

Access Multi Mode Dispatch

You can access Multi Mode Dispatch from four different locations:

  • TruckMate Task List

  • Start menu

  • File Explorer

  • Menus of other applications

Access Multi Mode Dispatch from the TruckMate Task List

  1. In the TruckMate menu, select TMTask. The TruckMate task menu opens.

  2. Go to Dispatch > Multi Mode Dispatch. The Multi Mode Dispatch sign in window opens.

  3. Select your username.

  4. Enter your password.

  5. If your company uses more than one database, select a database.

  6. If your company uses multi-company features, select a company.

  7. Select OK. If you have access to more than one terminal, the Terminal Selection window opens.

  8. Select a terminal from the dropdown list.

  9. Select OK. Multi Mode Dispatch opens.

Start menu

  1. Select Start on the taskbar. The Start menu opens.

  2. Go to TruckMate 20xx > Multi Mode Dispatch. The Multi Mode Dispatch sign in window opens.

  3. Select your username.

  4. Enter your password.

  5. If your company uses more than one database, select a database.

  6. If your company uses multi-company features, select a company.

  7. Select OK. If you have access to more than one terminal, the Terminal Selection window opens.

  8. Select a terminal from the dropdown list.

  9. Select OK. Multi Mode Dispatch opens.

File Explorer

  1. Select Start. The Start menu opens.

  2. Enter "File Explorer" in the search box.

  3. Select File Explorer. The File Explorer window opens.

  4. Go to This PC > Local Disk(C:) > Program Files (x86) > TruckMate 20xx > MMDisp.exe. The Multi Mode Dispatch sign in window opens.

  5. Select your username.

  6. Enter your password.

  7. If your company uses more than one database, select a database.

  8. If your company uses multi-company features, select a company.

  9. Select OK. If you have access to more than one terminal, the Terminal Selection window opens.

  10. Select a terminal from the dropdown list.

  11. Select OK. Multi Mode Dispatch opens.

Menus of other applications

You can open a related application from your current application. For example, you can open Multi Mode Dispatch directly from Customer Service.

  1. Open an application such as Customer Service.

  2. Select Window > Multi Mode Dispatch. Multi Mode Dispatch opens.
