The Options > Proximity window

If TotalMail is configured to generate descriptions for proximity reports, settings in the Proximity folder control how the description is generated. If TotalMail uses the mobile communication vendor’s description for proximity reports, the settings in this folder are ignored.

The following describes the settings available in the Proximity folder’s content pane.

  • Use kilometers in proximity distance Calculate proximity in kilometers, not miles.

  • Digits after decimal in proximity remark Enter the number of decimal places to use in proximity calculations.
