The Resources > Logins Window

To use TotalMail, each dispatcher must sign in to the system with a Trimble ID. Thus, all TotalMail activities refer to the dispatcher not by name, but by Trimble ID. The Logins folder allows you to configure all information relating to logins in your TotalMail system.

TotalMail admin IDs allow access to the TotalMail 2000 Viewer. The IDs can’t be used to complete administrative tasks, such as opening the TotalMail 2000 Configuration utility. Passwords for administrative functions are administered using the Security folder of the TotalMail 2000 Configuration utility.
