Review Shop Option settings

When you turn on Multi-Currency Conversion Services for your company, you get additional control over the Multi-Currency feature at the Shop Option level. You access Shop Option settings by going to Menu > Setup > Options > Shop Options. Use Search to find the shop you want to edit.

Purchasing options

In the Shop Options page Category pane, expand the Purchasing node.
Select Currency. The Options pane shows the currency options.
- Allow User to override PO Currency Method
  When you set this value to YES, users can change the PO Currency Method on purchase orders.
- Force PO Shop Currency Method to override PO Currency Method
  When you set this value to YES, the program will use the Shop Currency Method when users create purchase orders.
Save your changes by selecting Save in the upper-right corner of the page. A confirmation message appears once your changes have been saved.
Select OK to close the pop-up window.

If you cannot edit the Currency options, make sure that you have turned on the Multi-Currency Conversion Services. If this Application Option is set to NO, you cannot edit the shop currency options.

Repairs options

In the Shop Options page Category pane, expand the Repairs node.
Select Currency. The Options pane shows the currency options.
- Allow User to override VRO Currency Method
  When you set this value to YES, users are allowed to change the VRO Currency Method on repair orders.
- Force VRO Shop Currency Method to override VRO Currency
  When you set this value to YES, the program will use the VRO Shop Currency Method on repair orders.
Save your changes by selecting Save in the upper-right corner of the page. A confirmation message appears once your changes have been saved.
Select OK to close the pop-up window.
