SSRS Report Directory: Part Inventory Reports
You open these reports by going to Menu > Reports - SSRS > SSRS Report Viewer > Standard Reports > AMS SSRS Report Library > Part Inventory. Reports are listed in the order they appear in the menu.
Run the reports

Open the report from the Part Inventory list.

Complete the fields in the Options Panel.

Select Run Report.

Where available, you can select the report name to see a sample of the report open in a new window.

Inventory Accrual |
The report tracks all movement of inventory. This includes debits and credits before and after exporting transactions. |

This report returns all of the parts by shop with their quantity on hand, cost, and total inventory value for a specified date. |

The report is designed to return inventory adjustments for each shop by inventory type. The report also shows a summary at the end for each shop. |

The report is designed to return inventory levels for each shop by inventory type. The report also shows a summary at the end for all part type grouped for each shop. |

This report is designed to return your inventory replenishment levels based on part number. |

Part Cost History Summary |
The report reviews part cost history information. You can search and filter the report by relevant fields. |

This report displays, by shop, all of the kits available to that shop. The report includes the component code, part, quantity needed for kit, unit of measure, on-hand quantity and on-order quantity for each part in the kit. |

This report displays, by shop, a list of all of your parts. |

This report displays all of your parts by bin assignment. |

This report displays, by shop, the parts in the shop inventory. For each part, the information from the Cost tab in TMW AMS is shown. |

This report displays, by shop, all part types. Each part type includes total quantity of on-hand parts and the total dollar amount for each part type. |

The report lets you see parts usage on a daily, monthly, or quarterly time frame for 12 periods. |
