SSRS Report Directory: Warranty Reports

You open these reports by going to Menu > Reports - SSRS > SSRS Report Viewer > Standard Reports > AMS SSRS Report Library > Warranty). Reports are listed in the order they appear in the menu.

Run the reports

  1. Open the report from the Warranty list.

  2. Complete the fields in the Options Panel.

  3. Select Run Report.

After Market Potential Warranty Claim

The After Market Potential Warranty Claim report lists repairs made that have after-market warranty.

Unit Components Warranty Status

The Unit Components Warranty Status Report lets you analyze units which have warranty by specific component and have been established in the unit master file on the extended warranty tab. This report shows the date in service, different warranty life types, and the current status.

Unit Warranty Claims

Unit Warranty Status

The Units Warranty Status report is different from the Unit Component Warranty Status Report in that it only examines the unit’s bumper-to-bumper or glove box warranty status and reports the current OEM Warranty status.

The Units with After-Market Part Warranties report lets you identify the aftermarket part warranty by part number for units with warranties.

Universal Equipment Claim Form
