Approved Time Cards |
This report shows the regular hours, overtime hours and total hours for employees with approved time cards for the week ending date you enter. By default, the week ending date will be the previous Friday. The results can be grouped by Employee, Shop, Shift, Status, Classification and Pay Grade. Hours are displayed in both the hour and minute and the hour and hundredths of a minute formats. This report changed to use time card end date instead of date approved. This prevents time cards from previous periods from showing up on the report. The report will only display one line per employee. |

The Driver Cost Detail Report is very similar to the Unit Cost Summary Report except the primary grouping is by Driver ID instead of Unit ID. The report will provide the Cost, Utilization and Cost Per Mile (CPM) for each unit assigned to a driver with the cost and CPM reflecting the date range the unit was assigned to the driver. For example, if you run the report from 1/1/2008 to 3/31/2008 and the unit was assigned to the driver on 3/1/2008, the report will only reflect the cost incurred between 3/1/2008 and 3/31/2008 for that driver. Similarly, if you run the report for a date range where a unit was not assigned to a driver, that driver will not appear on the report. The report can be sorted by Unit, Total CPM, Maintenance CPM, Fuel CPM and Tire CPM for each driver. |
|
