SSRS Report Directory: Unit Reports
You open these reports by going to Menu > Reports - SSRS > SSRS Report Viewer > Standard Reports > AMS SSRS Report Library > Units). Reports are listed in the order they appear in the menu.
Run the reports

Open the report from the Units list.

Complete the fields in the Options Panel.

Select Run Report.
Report fields
Where available, you can select the report name to see a sample of the report open in a new window.
Report Name | Description | Fields |

This report displays the age of your units (in years). It also includes a graphic that shows how old your fleet is and a chart that shows the age of each of your units in years. Note: The program calculates the age by subtracting the current year from the model year, not the year you added the unit. |

This report displays bar graphs showing the PM labor hours, PM labor cost, PM parts cost and the PM total cost. The graphs show the costs by component code. |

The report displays a list of all units that are due for a PM. |

This report will give you a list of all the units that have had chronic repairs in a given time period. Notes:

This report displays the cost per unit utilization, labor hours, labor cost, part cost, services cost, total cost and percent of total cost for each component code. |

This report shows the utilization, cost per unit utilization, labor hours, labor cost, part cost, services cost, fees, and total cost for all unit components. |

The Unit Cost By Utilization Report provides a cost per utilization for up to two utilizations for the maintenance cost, tire cost and fuel cost. |

This report takes the maintenance costs and the operational costs (tracked in TMT Fleet Maintenance) and combines them to show the total unit cost. The report breaks each category down into fees, labor, parts, services and taxes. The report also includes a total for all units. |

The Unit Cost of Ownership Report is based on years in service rather than calendar years. Lines in the CUMULATIVE cost columns represent one year in the report. Lines added together annual costs up to and including the specific year and continue incrementing one line per year up to the current year. Each line item in the ACTUAL cost columns only displays costs for a single year. |

This report displays, by unit, the utilization type, cost per unit, maintenance repair, management decision, outside influence and total cost. The report also displays fuel cost, tire cost and total cost for them. The final group of columns displays current meter, period utilization, RO count and utilization per RO. |
