SSRS Report Directory: Tire Reports
You open these reports by going to Menu > Reports - SSRS > SSRS Report Viewer > Standard Reports > AMS SSRS Report Library > Tires (Tire Module Only). Reports are listed in the order they appear in the menu.
Run the reports

Open the report from the Tires (Tire Module Only) list.

Complete the fields in the Options Panel.

Select Run Report.
Report fields
Where available, you can select the report name to see a sample of the report open in a new window.
Report Name | Description | Fields |
---|---|---|
This report totals the number of tires added to unit types during a selected period. It calculates the percentage by unit type from the total tires added by all unit types. |

The report gives a list of all Tires setup in the Parts Catalog and gives the total number of tires in inventory, tires in use, Avg Miles, Avg Miles per 32, Avg Cost, Number of Tires above warning, number of tires below warning, and number of tires needing replacement. |

The report is designed to return detailed analysis of Repair Orders that have part charges with a component code in the 017 range. |

Tire History by Position |
The report displays the entire history of tires added and removed for a unit for each tire position. |
|
Tire Replacement Forecast |
The Tire Replacement Forecast report lets you track expected tire replacement activity. |

Units Missing Tire Assignments |
The Units Missing Tire Assignments report lets you see empty tire positions by unit. |
|
Tire Performance Report |
The report shows Tire Data based on utilization. The report is only available when the Tire module is turned on. |

The Spare Tire report will show the following: Units with spare position, Units with spare tire mounted, Units with a casing mounted and Units with no spare position. Important: This report only considers units that have a Tire Configuration. |
